You and your chum are having a sweet night-nap in the same bed, but it feels like the more you move around, the less bed there is to share!
Controls are: arrow keys. You might need to click the iframe so that it receives keyboard events!
I made this for Ludum Dare 42, my first time trying to actually make something with PICO-8. A resounding success! I'm really happy with how it turned out, I had a blast making it, and I didn't even need to stay up all night. Hell yes.

I don't wanna just post all the names in a comment here because a lot of the fun of the game is in discovering them - but if you download the game file (comfortable.p8 on this page) you can open it up in a text editor and the whole source code is there. The list of moves is around line 300 in a variable called celebrations... don't ask me what the calculations mean though, I've not looked at this code in like five years 😅

This is quite charming. I didn't quite realize it was a cooperative effort at first... I was just trying to cut off the other sleeper and keep as much space as I could for myself. I haven't managed to get over 200 yet.
The mechanic is simple and almost reminds of old games like Pipe Dream or something like that. Well done and an excellent interpretation of the theme!
Glad you didn't lose sleep over this snooze-themed game! I had fun trying to uncover all the special moves. Feels very chill as there doesn't seem to be a win/lose, just try to have fun and make silly poses. I really enjoyed this. Well done. :)
